Q. How to work boiler drum level in 3 element ?tell's with suitable example?

Ans.  for protection purpose. & during load fluctuation we can't control manual & also for maintaining feed water feeding,drum level & steam flow constant

# Will we start the plant we use the single element because at that time we have only feed water flow. After sync we will go with three element where we have steam flow,feed water flow,drum level

#  jitna steam ka flow bdhe ga utna watwe ka flow bdhe ga or drum level ko menten kre ga ye nhi ki drum ka level down hai or water ka flow bdhe ga tub tuk drum ka level down ho jai ga is liye aisa kam krta hai drum ka level v 3jgh dikhta hai eak jaiga to dushra dikhaye ga aisa hota hai sir g ok

# For steady load go for 3 element For plunctuating load go for single element

# 30% MCR single element, above 30% we have to go to 3element,3element work =stemflow%+drumleavel%+feed waterflow%=FCVinput.

# In three element control the feed water flow drum level and steam flow are the three element . Depending upon the stem flow and drum level feed water will vary and maintain the set point level of the drum .
