Ans. Install VFD on all motors which have more KW. So u will maintain aux consumption ...
1)Mentain BFP Dp to the lowest possible value,
2)Mentain propper excess air
3)Reduce idol running of CHP
4)Varry ACC FANS rpm according to the load and vacuum variation.
5)aviod using level CV valves for transfer pums, install vfd to control level.
