Q. Boiler F.D fan some time tripped automatically why ?
Ans. During fd trip if some blasting sound is coming in field den check eco n aph ash handling system. Next check interlocks, control circuit, control n signal wiring.
Either it is tripping due to overload or may b some other fault in vfd,it has to be checked and interlocks need to be checked whether someone has bypassed or not
It's due to overload whenever it's tripped check it's ampear load it tell's u it's overload or not and Check ur realy setting after that u check interloacking and check ur boiler chocked or not
